Balance and Mobility are key to your overall health and wellness. Yoga can improve your mobility, and strengthen your muscles including core muscles to help with your overall balance.
These workshops will focus on specific areas of the body that tend to be the most immobile. You will learn stretches and strengthening exercises that you will be able to do at home to continue your journey toward better mobility and balance.
