A certified Yoga for First Responders instructor, a RAD-certified Yoga Mobility and Recovery Specialist, and holds certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Oxygen Advantage breathwork.
She came to first responder wellness through a deeply personal door: a close friend in law enforcement, following a critical incident, was struggling with dangerously elevated cortisol levels. Breath and movement changed the trajectory. That friendship is the reason she's here.
With 15+ years of practice and a teaching style rooted in alignment, practicality, and a little well-placed humor, she works with individuals and departments to bring tactical wellness tools to the people who need them most — but are least likely to ask.
