Frequently asked questions

Nope! All levels are welcome, and our instructors specialize in helping beginners and those with physical limitations.

You’re in the right place. A lot of our students have medical conditions or physical limitations. We offer modifications and support every step of the way.

You will enter through the back of the building. You can park in the parking lot behind the building, or park on Market Street.

Just yourself and comfortable clothes and a water bottle. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you. We do have extra mats, props, and everything else you need.
