Looking for dance fitness classes near Springboro that feel welcoming, upbeat, and doable—no matter your age or experience level? Our Dance & Movement program blends easy-to-follow routines, great music, and supportive instruction so you can move with confidence in a body that’s uniquely yours.

We’re located in Springboro and welcome students from nearby communities. Every class includes options to scale intensity up or down—so you can show up as you are and still get a great workout.

Belly Dancing- Beginner/Intermediate

Belly Dancing blends graceful, flowing movement with core engagement and posture support. It’s a great choice if you want a dance class that builds control, confidence, and body awareness—without needing prior dance experience.

Great for: Beginners, anyone wanting core + coordination + flow
Focus: Core strength, posture, control, self-expression
What to expect: Technique-based movement, supportive coaching, and a welcoming space to learn

Dance Fitness (Latin Rhythm Inspired)

A fun, moderate-intensity dance fitness class inspired by Latin rhythms. Expect simple patterns, upbeat music, and a workout that feels more like a celebration than a “gym session.”

Great for: All ages, beginners, anyone who wants cardio without the gym vibe
Focus: Cardio health, coordination, stamina, mood, fun
What to expect: Easy-to-follow combos, repeatable steps, and options to modify impact and intensity

Chair Latin Dance Fitness

Chair Latin Dance is an accessible, joyful class using seated and/or supported standing options. It combines music, rhythm, and coordination for a fun workout that supports active aging and steady progress.

Great for: Active aging, beginners, anyone wanting a lower-impact option
Focus: Cardio, coordination, balance support, brain-body engagement
