Perimenopause is a smart time to build strength that supports your future—without punishing your body.
I’m Still Standing is a women-only workshop focused on bone-friendly strength and balance. You’ll practice safe, progressive movements with plenty of options (chair/wall support encouraged) to help you feel steadier on your feet, stronger in your legs and hips, and more confident in everyday movement.
What we’ll cover:
What “bone-friendly” movement means (simple, practical, and safe)
Strength + posture work that supports daily life (stairs, carrying, getting up/down)
Balance drills you can repeat in 2 minutes a day
How to build a realistic weekly plan that actually sticks
Perfect for you if: you want to feel stronger, steadier, and more confident as your body changes.
You’ll leave with: a take-home support kit + a simple strength/balance routine.
Disclaimer: This workshop is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. If you have osteoporosis, recent falls, dizziness, or medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program. Use support (wall/chair) and modifications as needed.
