Join us for a nourishing, beginner-friendly breathwork workshop designed to help you feel more energized, less stressed, and ready for restful sleep. In this 60-minute session, you’ll explore both uplifting and calming breathwork techniques, allowing you to boost energy when needed and find deep relaxation when it’s time to unwind.

Led virtually by Koes Bong, a certified breathwork instructor, and hosted in person at Essential Yoga and Wellness, this workshop blends science-backed education with guided breathwork exercises to help you discover what optimal breathing feels like. You’ll leave with simple, practical tools to support your well-being—whether you need a reset during the day or a way to quiet the mind before bed.

No experience needed—just come as you are, ready to breathe, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. We’d love to have you join us!

About Koes Bong
Koes (pronounced "Koose") lives in Austin, TX with his family and, like many people, has struggled with anxiety and poor sleep. His mind was always racing, making it difficult to fully relax, which affected his focus, energy, and overall well-being. Seeking a better way to manage stress—not just in overwhelming moments but in daily life—he discovered breathwork, which changed everything. 

Learning to breathe properly helped him feel calmer and grounded, more focused, and finally experience deep, restful sleep. Simple yet powerful techniques gave him the tools to navigate stress with ease, improve his energy, and feel more connected to his body. Experiencing these benefits firsthand led him to become a certified Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor, and he continues to study and explore new breathwork techniques and certifications to deepen his knowledge. His journey with breathwork continues to shape his approach to health, performance, and overall well-being.
