Discover the joy of movement in our Beginner Belly Dance Series at Essential Yoga and Wellness! This six week series is perfect for all levels—whether you’re new to belly dance or looking to refine your technique. Each week, you'll learn new movements, review previous steps, and build confidence in a supportive and fun environment.

Belly dancing is a low-impact, full-body workout that improves core strength, flexibility, and posture while boosting self-expression and confidence. You'll tone muscles, enhance coordination, and connect with your body through graceful, rhythmic motions—all while enjoying uplifting music and community energy.

Your instructor, Amy, brings over 20 years of experience, first training under Rayanne and performing with Egyptian Breeze before co-founding the Shimmy Cats, a troupe that dazzles at fairs and festivals. A dedicated Springboro resident, Amy is thrilled to share the art and joy of belly dance with you!
