If you’re in perimenopause and thinking “Is it hot in here… or is it me?”—this workshop is for you.

Hot in Herre is a women-only, perimenopause-supportive yoga workshop designed to help you feel calmer, cooler, and more in control when hot flashes and night sweats hit. Expect a mix of practical education (in plain language), breath tools you can use in the moment, and a calming, prop-supported yoga practice that won’t leave you overheated.

What we’ll cover:

  • Why hot flashes/night sweats can feel so intense (simple, non-medical explanation)

  • In-the-moment breath tools to help your system downshift

  • Cooling, nervous-system-friendly movement + restorative shapes for better sleep

  • A short nighttime routine you can repeat at home

Perfect for you if: you’re experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, or you want a supportive plan that doesn’t involve “pushing harder.”

You’ll leave with: a take-home support kit + a simple routine you can actually use.

The Mixtape Series: Menopause Edition is a women-only, three-part workshop series in Springboro created to give you practical, body-friendly tools for the most common midlife symptoms—without the pressure to “push harder” or pretend you’re fine.

Each Friday night workshop blends:

  • Simple, non-overwhelming education (plain language, no medical claims)

  • Breath and nervous system tools you can use immediately

  • An accessible yoga practice with plenty of options (chair/wall/props encouraged)

  • Restorative time to downshift

  • A take-home support kit so you can keep using what you learn
