If perimenopause has you thinking, “Wait… when did this start happening?”—you’re not alone.
The Mixtape Series: Menopause Edition is a women-only, three-part workshop series in Springboro created to give you practical, body-friendly tools for the most common midlife symptoms—without the pressure to “push harder” or pretend you’re fine.
Each Friday night workshop blends:
Simple, non-overwhelming education (plain language, no medical claims)
Breath and nervous system tools you can use immediately
An accessible yoga practice with plenty of options (chair/wall/props encouraged)
Restorative time to downshift
A take-home support kit so you can keep using what you learn
Hot in Herre — Hot flashes + night sweats
Friday, March 13 • 6:30–8:30 pm
Where Is My Mind? — Brain fog + focus
Friday, April 10 • 6:30–8:30 pm
I’m Still Standing — Strong bones + better balance
Friday, May 8 • 6:30–8:30 pm
You’re in perimenopause and want tools that feel realistic
You want a supportive, women-only space (no judgment, no pressure)
You prefer a practice that’s calming, accessible, and adaptable to your body
Grab the Mixtape Series Bundle to attend all three workshops for $120 public / $108 members.
